I'm Rae, welcome to luminous Universe fashion!

I can't help myself, I don't need an excuse to dress. Grocery store or night out in the city... fashion is just another creative expression of the soul!
I may not be "skinny" and I may not be "young", and I may be SUPER resistant to anything expensive, but I choose to be Luminous! All are merely numbers that I won't let get in the way of who I want to be and what I want to look like. Here's to rebellious fashion and a big middle finger to the "should's"!
