Instruction process:
1. At the end of checkout you will have immediate access to a download link on the digital receipt screen, this link will also come to your email inbox.
2. After downloading, open the image and press the "Click Here" button. This will take you to an intake form where you can fill in your birth info and any other info pertaining to your particular purchase.
3. If you purchase more than one item, you may use one intake form as long as all information for every chart, report, or score is present on the one intake form. For multiple Compatibility Reports and/or Scores, please use separate intake forms.
4. After receipt and processing of your information from the intake form you will be sent an email to access and/or print your purchase(s).
5. Please note that the charts, reports, and scores are not instantaneous. We input the birth information by hand and it may take up to 24 hours to appear in your inbox.
